(Seasoned Tuscan mushrooms sautéed with Sicilian Marsala)

Arista di Maiale al finocchio
(Tuscan speciality - roast pork with rosemary, garlic and fennel served with a thick gravy)

Petti di pollo ripieni
(Chicken breasts cooked in an olive tapenade and sauteed in white wine)

Salmon - Barbequed in Cactus Jack
(Whole salmon marinated overnight in chef’s special style and then barbequed over oak wood in our Cactus Jack oven)
