2008 Price list - Summer season (Easter through end September)

All rates per night - prices in Euros

All rates for 2 people. Our three bed and breakfast rooms in the main house are available from 85 euros per night to 125 euros per night, depending on dates and length fof the stay.

Rates for our 4 apartments range from 75 euros per night to 175 euros per night.

Rates for our two villas are from 115 euros to 175 euros per night depending on the length of your stay and the number of occupants.

Price per night for apartments and villas are a self-catering, self service rate. Service is available if required at an extra cost.

*Heating extra charge controlled by meter SPECIAL PRICES for block bookings, longer stays and out of season.

Wedding Parties

We are happy to arrange everything for you from flowers to wedding cake, wedding day banquets, music, all the paperwork, transfers to and around La Doccia, additional accommodation and everything else to make your wedding day an exceptional experience. Ask for our standard outline of a wedding day and attendant costs.


General Policies and Definitions: -
  • By serviced, we mean we provide daily maid service though we do not include breakfast in the price.
  • A week means at least 7 consecutive nights.
  • Breakfast may be available at € 7.50 per person by prior arrangement only (serviced apartments only).
  • Extra person (for extra bed)      € 25.00 per night.
  • Use of baby cot free of charge.
  • Arrival times between 5 pm and 7 pm - Departure by 10:30 am.
  • Swimming pool open from 1st May to 30th September.
  • Dinner is available by arrangement in advance and is usually served at about 8:15 pm.
  • Contact us to arrange late or early arrivals.
  • Please note that we do have household pets - a rather energetic Labrador.
  • Care and Attention DEPOSIT: - We also ask for a deposit of Euros 150.00 to cover breakages, cleaning or damage to apartments and cottages which are on a self catering, self service basis. This deposit is returned after inspection of the unit. The deposit is payable at the same time as the accommodation is payable as per the reservation details.


Reservation policy


Reservations can be confirmed by payment by check/cheque to our bank - either in the UK or the USA - or pay payment via our secure online reservation system (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX). Once a reservation is confirmed with us (by telephone, fax or e-mail), we advise you of the address of the secure page to enter or the address of our bank depending on the payment method selected. Reservations made more than 3 months in advance of arrival, require a deposit of 50% with the balance due 45 days before arrival. Reservation made less than 3 months in advance of arrival need full prepayment at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly and last minute cancellations give us little chance of rebooking. Late or delayed arrival, no shows or early departures are treated as a cancellation. Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival are refunded in full less a cancellation fee of € 110.00.
Cancellations made within 45 days are NON-REFUNDABLE. For these reasons, we suggest that you take out comprehensive travel insurance.
